Madera, Calif. – The Up & Comers promotion returned to the Madera Fairgrounds for a pro/amateur show.
The card featured fighters from across the Central Valley, No Limit fight team, Thrive MMA, King’s Kings, Team Ochoa, and The Dungeon fight team.
In the main event featured, Mike Moreno defeats Marcus Gaines by rear naked choke at 2:21 in the third round
Paul Ruiz wins his second professional bout by unanimous decision over Caleb Vallotton in a fast pace bout.
In the only women’s fight of the card, Chantalle Castellanous defeats Anna “Latin Tsunami” Senn by technical knockout due to ground and pound at 1:12 in the third round.
Alex “The Decision” Perez lived up to his nickname as he grinds out a three round unanimous decision over Ruben Trujillo.
In main event of the amateur portion of the card, Raul Estrada defeats Sam Sanches by unanimous decision.
Emilio Suarez wins a hard fought unanimous decision over Hugo Lopez.
James Carralejo gets the unanimous decision nod over Brad Bullock.
John Orijel wins a split decision over Ernesto Ceja.
Myles Shaw finishes Madera’s Jose Cardenas by ground and pound technical knockout at 1:27 in the first round.
In the first fight of the night, Anthony “Cheeseburger” Montez defeats Michael Jancrole by TKO at 1:45 in the first round.
